I present to you the logic of Piche's/Zaush's fanclub:

I don't know if it's better or worse than this fucking post, https://twitter.com/furaffinity_txt/status/425462867194683392 but it's sure as fuck in the same general category.

Zaush has created a journal addressing the accusations and project phoenix itself, here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5434971/

He removed links to the chatlogs that supplement the journal, so I noted him about it and re-uploaded them so they couldn't be removed by him later (listed in order of appearance):

Wow... bitter much, Zaush?

I didn't think he could dig himself in deeper....but he did somehow!

Zaush: The idea of PR and spin control is to reverse the damage of bad press, not make it worse by making yourself look like a whiny, entitled child.

A extremely wordy journal was posted today that was apparently supposed to "help".

http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5440900

In short: No, Zaush isn't going anywhere and once again, the site policies are going to be updated to be "more clear" because apparently the last 50 tries just weren't good enough.

The real good stuff is in the comments section, where the new "PR Guy" Nanuk has taken to talking like he's been on staff forever (as opposed to a week) and getting everything completely wrong the second he opens his mouth.

I just want to say, the common assumption that web developers are a "dime a dozen" is far from untrue. When staffing a site with volunteers, it's quite difficult to find someone who is incredibly skilled and willing to volunteer their free time for the betterment of the community and the site. There are a lot of people who dabble in web development, myself included, but it takes a lot of experience and work to get to the point where you can reliably build great large-scale web applications. When looking at volunteers, we have to determine whether their skill set is in line with what we need at the time. And often it's hard to find someone with both the experience, skill, and time that we need right now.

And the assumption that decisions are made arbitrarily is something that I've seen throughout my professional experience. Decisions are far from arbitrary, and I've personally been reading every comment I could regarding this situation for the past several days, which has as you can imagine taken up quite a bit of my own time. I brought all of these to the table when we were making our decisions, and we took into account the community's voice and concern when making these decisions.

I can understand how that isn't obvious just now, but I do hope in the future you'll give us the opportunity to demonstrate more clearly that we do listen.

Quote
True, many volunteers have surfaced in the past. But often times they didn't have the skillset needed to work on a site this size.

I'm not sure what you mean by a refusal to allow the community to help?

Apparently he has not been filled in on the dozens of people who have tried to offer their free time over the years. All being ignored. Some of them have gone on to help with Weasyl, which has yet to fall over due to the Anti-Furry Conspiracy those people were all a part of.

This Nanuk guy might be the most competent person FA has ever put on their PR end. Not high praise, considering, but he's got a handle on talking the talk I think.

Though FA would need about eighty Nanuks to handle this mess. Poor guy has his work cut out for him.

You gotta admit, though, that he can seriously talk the talk. Dude's seriously pro. It's about damn time, but it's a shame that the only pro on their team is in spin control and not, you know, infrastructure or development. But, hey, good public relations!

Apparently he has not been filled in on the dozens of people who have tried to offer their free time over the years. All being ignored. Some of them have gone on to help with Weasyl, which has yet to fall over due to the Anti-Furry Conspiracy those people were all a part of.

No, no, not ignored. Disregarded. We were all trying to start drama! We weren't "popufur" enough! We didn't like inflation fetishism! We were associated with Arcturus!

Then again, not doing shit for the furries is the only common sense solution at this point, which is perfectly fine by me. It means I have more time to myself for more, uh, personal projects.
im glad the "I saw a furry IRL" thread is so good at bringing goons together

He does. I actually managed to talk to the guy at FC purely by accident and he seemed competent and all his ideas were correct, but doomed to fail (like getting Piche to give up a little control).

Look at all the cocksucking for this Nanuk guy. He is on FA's team! Like it or not, this is a war, and in war we do not compliment the enemy.

I eagerly await the day when the FBI seizes their domain.
My rage knows no bounds.

I call the guy hopelessly naive, basically, and that's sucking his cock? Lol get out, as they say.

Please, Mr. Gamerfox, enlighten us as to what, exactly, FA has done to gain the FBI's attention. Nobody here will disagree that FA is terrible and Piche is an even worse person, but  straight up criminal? Please.
