Of course it doesn't make sense, she's a goddamn retard. She is one of the people who do have a proper reason to be pissed off enough to leave over this, considering not only her notes were leaked, but it caused her to get apparently "harassing" phone calls over it. Instead of taking a stand and leaving, she throws a tantrum, trashes her account, then comes back a few days later as if nothing happened.

Arcturus has been hosting the leaked notes, for the past three years, on the yiffyleaks website mentioned in the post above. Well, now Dragoneer (presumably due to the recent Zaush thing) has allegedly hired a lawyer to force Arcturus to shut the site down:

However, the Florida State Bar also does not list anyone with the name "Ryan Dowell" as being eligible practice to practice law in that state, FL 2. 20 USC 1232h is actually an education law and that address the attorney gives is not that of a law firm, but that of a charity:

Therefore it seems possible that someone faked the letter and sent it to Arcturus, or he faked it himself.

The final message on yiffyleaks:

On the 21st of January 2014, I was contacted by an attorney hired by Ferrox Art, LLC through the anomymized information for my domain. They demanded the removal of the information presented here. I don't have the resources to hire an attorney to fight this, nor really, the fortitude to do so, as I am currently quite unwell.

So, unfortunately, YiffyLeaks is being shut down. However, this site is not the only place where such information could be found. Indeed, all this site ever did was taken already existing information and clean it up and make it searchable. The raw files can probably still be found elsewhere.

This is a suspicious letter.

First, as you said, there's no law firm at that address. I did some digging and found the Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra used to be there, but there's no Ryan Dowell on staff, nobody's found a Ryan Dowell practicing law in Florida yet, and this isn't one of their areas of specialty.

Second, 20 U.S. Code § 1232h is about Protection of Pupil Rights - mostly in terms of setting school policies.

Third, a lawyer uses "mr.dowell@gmail.com" as his email address for official business??
