From the testimonies here, I'm also getting this feeling that Ren specifically targets already abused or emotionally needy women.  Every situation reads as if he finds people who need honest friends and real help... gives them token companionship, then uses the hell out of them for money, sex, ego boosts.  He gets cornered, he uses his excuse and mentions 'therapy' and the cycle continues.  He's a predator.

If at any point Renard's partner said no or was too traumatized/inebriated/pressured to consent during the act, that was rape. Similar accounts of Renard's behavior from other sources would lead me to believe and defend the victim.

The fact this isn't all of the issue strongly hints the guy is a douchbag. Even if he was asleep when groping, doesn't sleepwalking usually involve 'scripted' activities?
