I have been thinking long and hard about this the past year, and it started with the ending of WCOTP. I am finding it increasingly difficult to draw, let alone want to draw. And when that happens, I view that as a sign. Even my planned new comic strip has been scrapped...just no longer the desire.
I am thinking about retiring from art altogether and move on with my life.
I am getting increasingly comfortable with this as each day goes on, and I will make my final decision June 1st.
Oh, and those trolls reading this, enjoy it, you helped make this decision.

When the guy who has been coasting on his 80s comic (which is best known now as Stan Sakai's launching pad) for three decades, paraded his own self destruction on a.f.f, and was the posterboy for the artist-as-hot-mess calls you out for the same thing, it's time to grow up and get an adult job. Furryporn streams on FA won't pay those bills...
I say jim's threatening suicide for attention within a year.
