http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4363789/Some weeks ago, my psychologist/psychiatrist referred me to a neurologist, because my symptoms caused by the DID (dissociative identity disorder) were not being reduced with the prescribed treatment, and I had some strong headache that wouldn't go away, blurried vision, insomnia and even had some episodes of seizures. They requested me to do a lot of head exams during a week.
When I got the results, I went to the doctor again and he diagnosed me with a small tumor in the brain, apparently cancerous. It's located in the part that coordinates speech/emotions/behavior and self-control, and he said I'm lucky to still be alive, considering the tumor is already in a somewhat advanced state.
They suspended my treatment for the DID/anxiety/mood disorders while I begin the new treatment for this problem. However, I've been told that the surgeries for the removal of the tumor are very risky, and there are high chances of failure (which probably means death).
If the surgeries turn out successfully, I'll have to go through chemoterapy and maybe radiotherapy as well.
I don't want to make you guys sad or worried about me, I just want to let you know what's going on, just in case I become inactive here. At first I was reluctant about sharing this here, because there are some people here who could start drama or gossips about me here or somewhere else, and the last thing I want is more drama about me.
If anything happens or I don't make through the surgeries, I have some people who will let you guys know.
For now, all I can do is pray to God this will not be my last journal here. Please put me in your prayers, guys.
P.S.: just to clarify something, since some people already started to spread lies. I AM NOT ASKING FOR DONATIONS OR ANYHTING OF THE SORT. I'm just keeping my wacthers and friends informed about ME. Seriously, can we just stop with this bullshit, it's starting to get on my nerves. PLEASE SHOW SOME FUCKING RESPECT!!!!!!!!
