You know, I think the really funny thing about that is that Naylor does not realize that he's
that guy. He set this guy up as a straw loser, to be mocked and vilified as "creepy". I suppose if Naylor imagines himself as anyone, it's probably the buff, macho dude(s) who bang away at the slutty chick, using her body to get theirs.
He doesn't realize that he is, in fact, the creepy little stalker sitting at his desk obsessing over women he'll never have, or had and lost, or wishes existed.
