Getting a comission is often the equivalent of bottom tier attention whoring. If money is transfered without issue, and artist draws it in a reasonable amount of time and without adding things like "To my biggest fan" to the image, it's usually drama free. Even the most dysfunctional of furries can master the process of forking over their allowance to get their character drawn with a thirteen and a half inch dick. It's nothing spectacular, and hence why it likely doesn't seem creepy.
The only odd part is the terms of use bit in the corner. Without artist and/or creator's consent? That's the first I've seen of an 'or' used. Especially considering artists retain copyright no matter who 'owns' the generic fugly mouse character, and Falk isn't exactly known for his quiet tendancies with his smut.
Granted, if this is now being show, it was likely comissioned a week ago, so he might be negotiating one of his murrsona raping Dot Warner by now...
