FA was DDoSed yet again today. A user was able to grab a screenshot of the "users online" counter reading 126,637 before the site toppled over. The best part is this DDoS came through Cloudflare, because changing some Cloudflare settings (to the one that makes you go through a "browser check") was able to mitigate it. I wonder if Cloudflare's Anti-DDOS algorithm assumes that businesses paying hundreds of dollars a month for protection have the capacity to handle more than 10k users at a time...

Naturally, Princess Piche's response is more of the same victimization as usual. Because the site never goes down because of their own fault, right?

I'm genuinely sorry that a small handful of people are so committed to attacking furry sites and ruining it for everyone.
