Note that a) it's in quotes and b) he's appears to have been demoted from forum admin back down to supermod (along with ArielMT). I would hazard a guess that someone cited him as being "toxic and negative" as the reason for his demotion, and he's expressing it in the only way that won't simply get him banned for sharing private information. It's more likely though that the demotions were chase removing them because they're not active enough for his liking (I doubt 'neer would care). The quote may or may not be related to that, but I assume that it is a quote.

One or more FA admins are moving to using an "anonymous account".

Several people listed on the staff page (Xaerun, Surgat, Nero Silent, SSJ3Mewtwo) are missing the @s from their FA accounts. SSJ3Mewtwo posted a journal:

This account is now for browsing and the usual FA-ness only. My moderation work is under an anonymous account now.

So perhaps several admins are now doing this. It's a good way of helping to reduce transparency.

Something I just noticed: in August 2014 Dragoneer reappointed someone who was an admin several years ago:

So yeah, a few people have already noticed, but I've returned to being an FA Administrator. HOWEVER, I've only come back to the administration temporarily. I've come back to the team to help with some behind the scene stuff, and will be on probably only for a few weeks (maybe a bit longer, I'm not sure).

The reason I'm not staying on longer is because I have a lot to focus on in real life. I've been desperately trying to find a new job as I have no income at the moment, so.. once I get a break, I have to put everything into that new job. I'm hoping I'll have one real soon, especially since there's a few things looking up but.. ugh.. it's been really tough for some reason this time [...]

However, as far as I know there has been no noticeable decrease in the amount of people complaining in public about their TTs not getting answered and Kyoujin, far from being an admin for a few weeks only, still is an admin.

When I was an admin in 07 to 08, Kyoujin, whether it was IRL circumstances or anything else, was completely ineffective and disconnected. In a good month he answered a few of the easiest trouble tickets and never seemed to be aware of what was going on. However, he did have the great virtue of never criticising or standing up to Dragoneer.

I wouldn't be surprised if Dragoneer has actually forgotten about re-appointing him at this point, since Kyoujin isn't listed on the staff page and I doubt he's done much.

Reappointing people like that is a sign that Dragoneer is both desperate for staff to help with FA's dismal response times, but also how he sabotages himself by only tolerating ineffective people who won't rock the boat or dare to criticise or stand up to him.

Edit:

I see from one of Kyoujin's journals that he has a chronic health problem, which I think is sad and I sympathize, and which probably explains his lack of activity but I think people with chronic health problems which affect their ability to admin a website shouldn't be being appointed as admins in the first place.

Someone posted on lulz.net a list of all the people which is everyone in FA's staff group call. Someone in the thread who said they talked to an FA forums mod thought the list was accurate (but including people who are no longer on staff, presumably because the skype group hasn't been updated):

Actually this list is probably accurate but includes folk who are removed too. I say that because a former fa forum mod mentioned to me that there was a thread in the staff-only section that waccoon was gonna help them with some tech stuff. And im certain waccoon nor anyone else has mentioned that elsewhere.

An ex-fa admin in the thread, summercat, stated that Sciggles forced the skype group calls on the staff.

Some unfamiliar names on there. Cooper-tom is someone who sometimes wears the fender fursuit at conventions and who is a personal friend of Dragoneer, I believe.
