This is very interesting and once again shows how FA will only do things when they become A Problem.

So it seems that FA user Kitstaa has been banned yet again, which I think makes the third or fourth instance? According to the bottom shout, it was for making a non-serious comparison meme (http://29.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lvn7314aUb1qbn0rko1_500.png) and for having a joke ID about Foxmas that was relatively harmless. Basically, humour is a bannable offense on FA now.
Although that's not the entire story-- Apparently, one of the admins got "offended" at the user's use of the word nigga, even though it is 100 percent evident that the user is indeed black, and this has already happened once before.
Didn't one of the hacks from earlier in the year show there's a record of admin actions kept on every user's page? Shouldn't there be some sort of warning not to ban him for merely using the word when he is indeed black himself? Unless of course the order was passed down from Browder, FA's only black admin, in which case the situation probably played out something like that episode of 30 Rock where Tracy calls Toofer his nigga.
Of course, this has caused a pretty significant uprising in the userbase, with supporters adopting "Free HY" avatars and posting journals on the matter, and leaving shouts on the
user's page blasting the administration.
And then, in the past few hours, all the comments made on the user's page since they were banned over the weekend have mysteriously disappeared, and trying to post one results in this message:

As of
six hours ago, Dragoneer had "no idea" what someone was talking about when referring to this whole debacle. Fascinating that a feature can be added to his website in mere hours to silence people who are up in arms about something he has no idea about. Or maybe Yak just has more power than a developer should have.
