Howard Stern does a Howard Stern thing
« on: June 28, 2011, 07:28:58 pm »
The Howard Stern Show, Jun 6 2011, about two and a half hours into the broadcast, does finally cover Anthrocon.  The coverage is predictable!  Also part 2.

Interview highlights include the Eurotrash who prefers German shepherds, the beardo with a cat in him, and the cook who works in full furry regalia.  All in all, a good cross section of our finest men and transwomen.

And yet when confronted with this on the net most people shrugged it off and went "eh. It happens."

And AC couldn't do anything as they were outside interviewing people. And yet no cops were called? No people in their right minds went "Hey there's people from the howard stern show outside.. don't talk to them."

idiots.

Yeah was said for more giggles than anything else.. I would suspect that some of the con staff WOULD stoop that low and the people with the radio show would go "were on public property.. were not breaking any laws.. so what's the big deal?"

Moral of the story is.. Furries need to keep their mouths shut when approached by people on the street asking them about an event.
