A New Jersey teen is in Ottawa court Thursday to answer to a charge of possessing child pornography.

The Ottawa police Internet child exploitation unit arrested 19-year-old Adam Boyko on Wednesday after they received a tip, they said. Police seized a laptop they allege had images and videos of child porn on it.

Boyko is a temporary resident of Ottawa, cops said, but is originally from New Jersey. An online search turned up a man named Adam Nicholas Boyko from Cranford, N.J., who is attending Carleton University. His online resume states he graduated from Cranford High School in June 2009 and is currently studying information technology in Ottawa.

He was employed at a Cranford Walgreens as a service clerk between May and August 2010. Boyko was arrested at his residence on the 1000 block of Colonel By Dr., police said.

The article makes reference to a resume, which you can find by Google search on his name- look for VisualCV. I'm not going to post the link here since it includes his NJ home address as well as a couple of phone numbers (including a cell phone). But the picture there is pretty priceless.

He claims 10+ years of computer and language experience- stretching it for a 19-year-old, I think. His computer skills are pretty bog-standard and nothing special, although to be fair he's still pretty young and in school.

That address mentioned in the article is the University itself. Of course, he probably lives in the dorms.

Looking at said resume, he worked at an elementary school. This is pretty much spot on sexual predator behavior, he had access to children in a position of authority. I hope so very much that he didn't molest anyone at that school and ruin some poor child's life. I bet he's scared shitless now since he's probably going to be murdered in prison if they send him anywhere hardcore.

Also his experience is pretty much 100% bullshit.

My guess is that his parents are immigrants. Spanish comes from High school, Japanese...who knows, but my guess is that one or both of his parents probably come from the Ukraine. It's the same way he claims 10+ years of experience with computers when he was probably the kid who everyone asked about computer stuff in school.

I guess when you're 19 there ain't much else to put there, so you do that shit. But whatever modest potential the kid may have had is now destroyed. Whether or not it was deserved is kind of an open question- there's very little info in the article. Yes, the optics aren't good at this point what with the working at the school thing, but on the other hand we all know that the cops (and everyone else) love to go ballistic on these cases, whether or not the person in question was really a threat to children.

Last I checked, "cub" porn was a very very grey area in Canadian law. For all we know, that's what the arrest was for (probably just wishful thinking). That said, if they do count any cub porn as child porn, things might get interesting...

It appears it was real deal child porn.  Though this is vaguely confirmed by Clayton who claims to have spoken to someone who closely knew Fritter and had good details on what happened, but Clayton refused to give more details beyond the confirmation.  However, this information could be suspect.

This is probably the most detailed article on the Fritter incident, the Carlatan is Carleton U's own student newspaper so they were able to ask around and get info from the students themselves.  It's interesting to see that he was arrested right out of the middle of his class.

The boyfriend is Skittle T Furfag some FTM slut from Jersey who's been on FurryDrama_2 in a few posts.

Anyway, what is the stereotype?  Most of the time when pedos are arrested, the people they know are like 'I had no idea'. When police forces announce they busted dozens of pedos across the net in one large bust, you usually see a few young people on the list.  Even the last Ottawa furry to get arrested for child porn was like 22 or something.  He was a friend of mine even, we were all 'No way. :O  It must be like loli or something, right, right?' but no, he eventually owed up to it being the real thing and he plead guilty.

I think this was real deal porn of someone other than Fritter.  The police said they got a tip, that likely means that someone like a friend or roommate found the stuff and called the cops.  Generally, roommates don't do that over cub porn or photos of the person himself from dumbass adventures at the age of 15 with a webcam or something.  I'm not saying that other possibilities are out of the question, but I think him being busted with real deal kiddy porn is fairly likely.

Cannonfodder is suggesting that Knifeh purposely outed fritter on FA, and in such a way that he wouldn't be suspected of doing so. There's some other things suggesting a theory I've had in my head for awhile:

LeeLee may have been the one that tipped the authorities.

I can't say it with any certainty, but in one of the threads on lulz regarding the matter, someone brought up that LeeLee & Fritter had done some sex tapes and distributed. They got together when she was 21 and he was 15. There's the chance the cp could've been of himself.

Also interesting is the fact that LeeLee has been strangely absent from FA. Last indication of activity that I can see is from a month ago. Maybe she's in the legal shit, too, and basically had to snitch.

Someone, elsewhere, suggested that it could've been porn of him and skittle when she was a minor..... But I don't especially believe it.

Sex offenders in canada have protective custody while incarcerated. There's a slim chance of anything like that happening to him since he's going to be isolated from the general population.

The fact that he's claimed to have worked at an elementary school is scary as hell though.

LeeLee has been active again and I got in contact with her, considering she was the last source I could get any information out of.

Like with so many people I have gotten into contact with, I cannot divulge details. Only thing I can really say is she was not involved or seemingly even aware of what happened to him.

And no, at least from what she told me, fritter does not deserve the hell that is going to come down upon him. It was essentially on the same level as sexting.

But no matter.

Due to the Kevin Walsh act and SORNA guidelines, Fritter will have to register in the state of New Jersey (Or where-ever he lives in the US) as a sex offender.

He is damned. So long as Canada maintains it's protective custody of sex offenders in it's correctional system (There has been activism as of late to remove that), he stands at least some chance of a temporary peace. Hellish peace, but nothing compared to the vigilantism he will probably face once he returns to the US.

And for a slight that, from what I've been told, does not even count as traditional, legitimate cp possession.

He will be found guilty and condemned for the rest of his over technicality. Treated the exact same as a 35 year old pedophile found with pictures of children not even past ten years of age.

To the OP, No. You misunderstood what I said. "Essentially" does not mean "the same as".

Although really, I should have known better than to even open my mouth, save for the burden of it all bearing down on me and compelling me to do so.

As for why he's going to end up on the registry in the US for a conviction in Canada: There are several countries with "have a similar enough" judicial system to where mandatory SO registration is required by each state, regardless of the conviction being on foreign soil.
