Random furtard Kardas decided to make a journal/submission early this morning that consists of a map listing the US beastiality laws by state. It is drawn from a dogfucker's point of view:

Blue -- Explicitly Legal
Green -- Technically Legal
Yellow -- Illegal, Misdemeanor/Minor Punishment
Orange -- Illegal, Unknown Punishment
Red -- Illegal, Felony/Major Punishment
Purple -- Unknown Legality
I downloaded a labeled white map and photoshopped a color-code onto it regarding the legality of intimate relations between a human and animal in North America (US, Mexico, Canada), and also Russia is in in the Alaska box there so I looked them up too. Is it just me or is there an uncomfortable amount of red and yellow on this map?
The resulting shitstorm only lasted around two hours before the
submission was deleted. Fortunately there is a
cap.
Look through the screencap and you'll notice that Kardas here all but admits to actually assaulting an animal:

This should be grounds for an instantaneous, no-questions-asked permaban. But not so, according to withchiebunny on fd_2:

The bit about the warnings is apparently Dragoneer's idea, and she said to take it up with him directly once he gets back from Furfright or something.
This is not acceptable.
Zero tolerance means no warnings.
