As well as lulz.net, someone also posted it on that Furrydrama_2 livejournal community. It seems that Chase V Rocket had come up a few days before that, since someone found another comment of his on FA about dog-dicks and there he outright denied that he had ever had sex with a non-human animal. Not only all this, but someone also pointed out that Chase V Rocket boasted that he had literally killed a man in the comments on the dog dick picture and that he might have to do again when he became a police officer.
Dragoneer turned up on the Furrydrama_2 thread complaining that no one had told him about this beforehand and he was sure that it wasn't really as bad as it looked and he'd get Chase to clarify this whole thing. Chase did so by posting a journal here:
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1371355/When I was a teenager, I did experiment with an animal. I related it to me being into anthropomorphic animals, etc. but it wasn't an enjoyable experience and I have no desire to ever do it again. Comments I've made to others are generally banter to provoke conversation and encourage them to like me and rouse them, regardless of what it's about."
When it was pointed out that he had lied about not having sex with a non-human animal he used tortuous equivocation to try and justify it:
The quote was "No, I do not engage in sexual acts with real animals." The question I was asked was whether or not I am a "dogfucker" in real life. The answer is accurate as I do not participate in those things. It's not who I am.
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1371355/#cid:11501736They asked me if I was a dogfucker. I felt that I was not and thus my answer."
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1371355/#cid:11502187A response to him:
There is very little sincerity here you claimed just yesterday to 'not be a dog fucker' and yes I agree with context BUT in this journal you yourself pointed out to Clayton how context of wording shouldn't be manipulated. You purposely worded things in present tense knowing you where not being fully truthful hoping for a more favorable outcome on your end. You where looking out for your best interest and not the interest of this site or it's rules.
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1371355/#cid:11507606He flatly insisted in the comments, no matter what, that he wasn't technically lying and that anything he said about dog dicks was just trying to excite people and make himself popular and so forth. Unable to let go of this issue, Chasevrocket posted another journal a few days later:
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1380525/with vague waffling about furries needing to be accepting and tolerant (of him presumably) and not rejecting anyone or judging them (he later edited it to remove the reference specifically to furries). When someone said in the comments that it is sometimes ok to judge people and/or reject them he responded:
I'm sorry that whenever you hear me speak that you cannot help but to comment and warp everything I say into something ugly.
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1380525/#cid:11587686And then that got him a comment which I guess neatly sums this all up:
No chase,
You don't get to do that. You don't get to sweep any critical comment under the carpet by indulging in passive aggressive relabelling of opinions you do not like.
You're an admin, man up about it already. Face up to the fact that you got caught for a number of issues and realise that at this point you're just compounding problems by insisting that anyone who doesn't share your beliefs on the matter is somehow a bad person.
Read http://www.plausiblydeniable.com/opinion/gsf.html Your wordy journal isn't just bad spin doctoring, it's Geek social Fallacy 1 in action and Geek social fallacy is hypocrisy because it's basically "ostracision or objection to what people do is bad, but it's okay to ostracise anyone who doesn't accept everything we do no matter how socially unacceptable it is".
I felt sorry for you when this debacle started, now I just think you've been dumped into a situation you can't handle but instead of recognising it, you've pulled out that shovel and started digging the hole even deeper as if that will help.
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1380525/#cid:11587807Chasevrocket blocked them. He has now wrapped himself in the mantle of tolerant furs and the anti-drama llama movement, by posting their icons on his userpage and by adding this to his profile:
