In which the tax-exempt status of a one-man pro-pedophile group is rejected. Long and boring at first, but the misspellings and the use of the word "HATERAID" make it all worth it.

Lesson of the day - if you want to set up a 501(c)(3), don't be a pedophile and a convicted felon. I do have to wonder if scientific research into human-animal hybrids is counter to public policy, though.

It's also fun to consider how many ways furry cons have "more than insubstantial non-exempt purposes". FC, MFF, FurFright and Rocky Mountain Fur Con are run by 501(c)(3)s. (Furtopia also claims to be, though I'm not sure if this is it . . .)
