Much ado about nothing over at 'Furry4Life' (which is hilarious in its own right), in which a ~talented creator~ of fursuits crossposts to vent her(?) RIGHTEOUS ANGER at not being appreciated for her own irresponsibility.
We found it quite rude of the commissioner to not show any sort of gratitude for all of the hard work put into the commission and extra care taken to get it to her on time. The commissioner had made it sound very important and 'could not wait' to see her commission- she was SO EXCITED- but when she got it there were no 'thank you's, nothing.
Esuterure had stayed up for 3 days straight to work on this partial suit, had thrown in a pair of ears FOR FREE(they were not part of the order), and did not eat anything while she was working on the suit. She also had to have her father take time off from HIS WORK to get this thing shipped and pay out extra money from her pocket just to ship it at en express rate.

They spend the first half of the post telling their tremendous sob story of having to relocate suddenly (IT IS VERY IOMPORTANT TO NOTE 1,500 MILES), apparently moving in with parents, difficult working conditions, etc. There's even mention of doing a sloppy rush job on an item for somebody (a non-paying customer, but still). And we're meant to take pity on the poor, poor ~faux fur artist~ though all this...why, exactly?
A responsible and mature person would've taken a look at their situation and realized that, maybe, just maybe, they ought to stop taking commissions/refund money/put projects on hold until they could get their lives in order. But this is FURRY, damnit, where everything bad that happens is somebody else's fault.
The only saving grace here is that the poster didn't name any names in some petty attempt at revenge or dramawhoring or whatever. Kudos for that, I guess.
