According to this, Apr 3rd sentencing:

So, I'm certain based on that that it is indeed Perimus. It would be pretty interesting to know whether or not he hang out with furries who are into cub, if he had a tapestries account and if so what was on the fetish list or whatever it is they have there and so on, since Gembeck as far as I know gave no external indication of what he was into.

I guess Gembeck is actually a case that proves babyfurs are often right when they say it's not necessarily with pedophilia. Since he seemed to never draw anything more than than kind of bland-posed gay scenes. They say it's the people you least expect.

Then again, I don't know why you'd ever plead guilty to it unless you were promised (in writing) a slap on the wrist for forking over names. The jail term and registration in a lot of ways effectively end your life, expose you to random acts of violence... I think that's the kind of situation where you sell everything but the essentials, and mortgage the house... In order to hire a great lawyer or buy a Smith 'n Wesson that fits nicely in your mouth.

I mean, I'm not a pedo, but even I can think up contingency plans for such.

Also, 'Perimus' doesn't seem to be registered under that exact name on taps...

I would guess it's either because the authorities has practically rock-solid, irrefutable evidence against him, or because he's the kind of person who owns up to his mistakes (no matter how life-shattering they may be).

That, or he did offer to name names in exchange for being locked in solitary confinment during his prison stay.  Pedos don't do too well in general population, I hear.

Perimus is actually my last room mate. I was there when the immigration and customs enforcement agents came knocking on our door looking for him. I've known him for close to 6 years now. He's taken trips to Thiland and China as part of his martial arts training. The story I've been told is that while in thiland a member of the group he was with did "something" and they were putting the squeeze on him for not turning evidence against the other guy.
I can vouch for Mitch's character. I've never seen him engaging in any kind of inappropriate conduct.

Perimus helped run a site called "Boyhood paradise" which contained photographs of nude male children. Perimus used a chatroom called "Boy love and chat" and became friends with some other people of like mind there. In 2000, 2001, 2002, Perimus and the others travelled to Thailand, paying John Wrenshall so they could have sex with Thai boys. Perimus took photographs of the boys as well.

From the records:

"From approx. 1999 to 2001 Mitchell Kent Jackson [that's "Perimus" the furry] and Burgess Burgess operated and supplied content for a website entitled "Boyhood paradise.". The content of the website operated by Jackson and Burgess depicted nude male minor children.
In or about april 2000, Jackson, with Burgess and Wayne Nelson Corliss, traveled to Thailand. In preparation of their travel to Thailand in 2000, Corliss had been corresponding via the internet with a man by the name of John Wrenshall who lived in Thailand. Wrenshall, Jackson and Burgress, and Corless had known each other for many years through "Boy Love and Chat," and internet chat room dedicated to men with a sexual interest in minor boys. In or about Jan. 2000, Wrenshall invited Jackson, Burgess, and Corless to visit him in Thailand to Engage in sexual acts with minor Thai boys. Wrenshall explained that if they each sponsered a boy - that, paid Wrenshall money - they could essentially have unfettered acess to teh boys during the visit to Thailand. Wrenshall quoted a price of $200 for first-time oral sex with boys and $20 thereafter. Wrenshall also quoted a price of $400 to sponsor a boy. Jackson and Burgess, in the southern Distruct of Alabama, and Corless in New Jersey, had multiple conversations via the internet and telephone from late 1999 throug the spring of 2000 to plan the 2000 trip to Thailand. Ultimately in or about April 2000, Jackson, Burgess, and Corless travelled from the United states to Thailand with the internet to engage in sexual acts with minor Thai boys to be provided by Wrenshall.J. B., and C. sponsored minor thai boys. J., B, and C. paid wrenshall money to engage ni sexual acts with minor Thai boys."

They did it again in 2001 and 2002, travelling to Thailand for oral and other sexual acts with Thai boys. Jackson and Burgess took nude photographs of the Thai boys and Corliss video-taped it. They paid money towards the travel costs of Corliss on those trips.

They also mentioned that his sentencing date has been moved:
