Also, they all look pretty clean and un-scan-like (save for the Blacksad ones) so it might be safe to assume this is a gimmick to try and grab customers, or someone had access to originals...

Nah, don't need that happening.  I like my board's traffic level the way it is right now.

The only reason the Blacksad scans look so good is because they were scanned by people who scan comics on a regular basis, so they know how to do it right.

    Yeah, Blacksad is an actual real comic for actual normal people, so it was scanned by people who give a fuck.

    It also doesn't belong in a directory full of furry porn, but that goes without saying.
