Well at least their $25k donation means they can "buy better software so they can answer tickets" because you know, better software = admins actually answering tickets....

According to the Trello that's been set up, they're going to be closing all trouble tickets where the user has been inactive on FA for 3+ months:

https://trello.com/c/bZanDfyi/60-close-all-tickets-where-user-has-been-inactive-for-more-than-3-months

So if Dragoneer starts boasting about how they've cleared out the backlog or dealt with thousands of tickets in the past few weeks that is why. Also, the thought occurs to me that just because the user has been inactive it doesn't meant the TT won't have something that needs attention in it.

Following up on this:

From Dragoneer's twitter:

Looks like Dragoneer never did get around to answering the note:

Plus just in case you thought the recent activity with the appointment of new coder meant trouble tickets were being answered, from Dragoneer's shouts:

Also, evidently e-mails are being ignored:

And that's just from Dragoneer's shouts. You start looking at site news journals and there are plenty of people complaining about no response to TTs or just to admins for months at a time, e.g from the latest one:

http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6265766#cid:43130127

Despite all that, Dragoneer still manages to tweet on his twitter acct. dozens of times a day 7 days a week.

As I said, Dragoneer has the time to tweet on twitter daily but somehow can't get around to answering e-mails and putting up peoples ads that they've paid good money for:

So I guess FA have given up on answering e-mails now.

I sent an email about an ad, got a mail server rejection back. So was going to miss FA and just go for the other (and better) sites.

4 days later they email saying approved. Sent monies and took them about 5 days after that.

Just lazy people...

Dragoneer has had time, over Christmas and New Years, to post journals, tweet, +fav, +watch, and comment but not to answer e-mails from paying customers.

It seems that with trouble tickets not getting responded to for months, even the classic old ways to bypass the ticket system and get faster response (namely, posting about it on Lulz, where FA admins lurked, or making it go semi-viral on Twitter) no longer work, either.

The case in point here is this bizarre account which has been uploading strange photographs for the last couple of days with descriptions that look like they were written by someone with dementia. Some of the photographs appear to contain subject matter like what looks like a scalpel being held against a human penis and some sort of instrument being inserted into what some believe is a dog's vagina

A thread was posted to Lulz early Wednesday morning and it was floating around on Twitter before that. FurAffinityPR tweeted about it a few hours after the Lulz thread was posted. The account is still active and still posting strange content while Princess Piche favorites muscle porn and tweets about shit he bought.

And now it's time for Dragoneer's Excuse of the Week (Sponsored by Mountain Dew and Doritos)

My mind's still boggling at how much I have to do and suddenly having to go to FC last minute, and breaking the FC Curse in the process.

Despite past claims that he doesn't have time or money to go to a con, he suddenly found a way to travel across the country to Further Confusion. And he's not just going... No, he has to go. For some reason (probably the same reason he HAS to HAVE [cheaply made yet very expensive toy].

I'm sure this will only add a month or so to ticket wait times.
