I'm leaning towards fake, but there are a few things that don't make sense like how the original had "themightyphallus" censored out and how there was really no point in doing so if this was just an attack towards Dragoneer and how the status message on that account was set to "leave me alone" a while before the journal saying she wasn't feeling well was posted. If it's NOT her, it's someone she knows faking the logs.
Also, I notice the account ONLY has two names as friends, both of them belonging to Dragoneer. That's a bit too obvious, makes me lean towards "It's fake" as well.
Seeing as Adiago said she has "no need to use AIM" because he friends are on MSN, but noting Dragoneer's apparent lack of MSN, it's plausible she registered just to speak with him about his commission(s).
Dragoneer's random "I don't know how people think this is from two days ago I was with Sciggles two days ago lol never could have happened!" also seems a bit odd, since he's explicitly denying
when it happened before denying that it happened altogether. The thread randomly disappearing from Lulz is odd too. In the end I it just boils down to whether or not Sciggles will believe it's the work of "the trolls" (protip: she probably will).
