There are a lot of words here, and you probably could've gotten to the point with half as many. I'm not even entirely certain what your point is here, because you're taking a whole lot of tangents to nowhere. Stream-of-consciousness is fine for Eljay but it probably would've behooved you to wait until you were awake and sober to post this.
That being said, here's how this thread is going to go down:
-Sono is going to show up and say something ridiculously stupid, half in defense of furries, half in me-too-ism.
-Freehaven is going to show up and say something ridiculously stupid, half in defense of channers, half in me-too-ism.
-Greenreaper is going to show up and give you precise-to-four-decimal-places stats on the percentage of channers who are furries.

Because the Mormons have had a century or two to get their Shit Together and are fairly harmless compared to the Scientologists.
A better target would be the Moonies, but hardly anyone has even heard of them and they keep a low profile, so I doubt Anonymous is going to go marching on them anytime soon.

If you think they are low profile you wherent raised one and dont live in utah. Let alone the polygamist sects that totaly fuck up countless kids lives worse than scientologists do now with rampant inbreeding, raping of children, forcefull marrying of children to men old enough to be their grandfathers, forcefull removal of ANYONE that threatens the maryring of said children (they are called lost boys, no relation to the book) which are young men between 12-15 that are dumped on the street for thinking they can choose their own bride. Literaly left to fend for themselves.
I personaly was dumped on the street by my parents for refusing to go on a mission. No money, no car, no friends (had just moved to the state), no relatives (that wouldnt side with my parents religious ends), etc. I was homeless for a while. I still think they resent the fact that i was able to get a stable life for myself, job, home, fiancee and all without begging for help/forgiveness.

I was raised Mormon. I was raised in UTAH-2. You're just bitter that your parents were fucking insane (and they actually weren't upholding Mormon ideals you clown). Radical Mormonism has as much to do with the LDS as Scientology has to do with Heinlein's estate.

Another point is that the mainstream Mormons pretty much retconned most of the crazier shit out of their belief system over the years. Their theology is based on utter BS and they're slowly coming to terms with it. Eventually Scientology will be forced to do the same.
Your parents' shitheadedness had little to do with their dumb religious beliefs and everything to do with the fact that they were pieces of shit.

The thing is, i wasent raised mormon here. I grew up outside seattle washington. (dealing with the goddamned hippies) So i was far removed from "fundemental mormonism". But such acts can easily be supported even by modern day teachings. I wish i was home, i dont have any of my good links/quotes at work.

Besides, i take my religion more as an ideal than anything close to a dogmatic belief. Leaning more towards agnostic approach.

Im trying to be polite and ignore his ignorance on asatru. But ill pull out stuff on the obvious racist, sexist, polygamist, pedophile prophet, historical, etc issues that plague mormonism if he isnt wanting to debate things in at least a semi-polite manor.

That was me, baby. I know all about Asatru and consider it as fake and stupid as Wicca or Satanism are. They have no history. Mormonism has a poor history but today is a generally positive thing for the communities it serves. Scientology has more thematically in common with your pretendy funtime religion, just some imaginary crap pulled out of nowhere, but in operation is entirely different from any actual religion operating today.
You still haven't answered if Groat actually subscribes to it, or if he only writes fiction about missionaries where he pretends to.

On a completely unrelated note, I did check out vids and stuff about the protest in my city, and it was alot nicer than most of it. Since masks are b& in NYS and stuff it killed out all the channer-crap and got down to the real point of it all. It was nice, and i might even consider participating in the 15th one.
However, When the whole idea of the raid came about it was hard to track up what the hell was going on in the threads. i mean yea, there were ED/PV articles, but it's... not the same. or something.

AFAIK, the FBI's still investigating that, but it's just as likely that CoS higher-ups sent it themselves (they did fake bomb threats to CoS centers and blamed them on Paulette Cooper as part of "Operation Freak Out", after all).
If a /b/tard did it, though, that /b/tard is a complete imbecile, and I hope he gets several years in "pound-me-in-the-ass" prison.

The clams have finally opened their new
