Outage (IPv6)
« on: April 07, 2011, 11:10:29 pm »
Vivisector was up and down like a 10-dollar prostitute over the embarrassing period of "about an hour" today, because we wanted to fuck with ipv6GOT DDOS'D EVERYBODY!!!1one. In other news, we now have ipv6: 2607:3600:beef:cafe::fa:15:a55 for the terminally nerdy among us.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled "GET OUT".

Once again Viv leads the pack in being run by people who know that the hell they're doing.

I wonder if Peachy will throw up his hands in disgust about implementing IPv6 over there the way he did with selling prints when someone else beat him to it?

PS: yes we chose that specific address to declare to the world our thoughts on the state of FA.  it is ass.

Our IPv6 address has been temporarily removed from DNS while our web host prepares to move our VM to another cluster node.

Once we're in place and running happily on the new node, IPv6 access will be restored.

We're on a new VM now, hooray and all that shit.

I'm super lazy though and used a two day old DB backup since we only had one new post so hey Freehaven you'll have to repost your post.

IPv6 should be back up shortly as well.
