So on top of trouble tickets, twitter messages, and private messages, someone posted this forum thread on Piche's page.

https://forums.furaffinity.net/threads/1343037-Obviously-Cub-Porn-no-Cub-ABUSE-Porn

This user is still not gone...
The main image linked was taken care of, but the user is still there when alllllll of his uploads are basically the same thing.

By the time this is answered, that kid is going to be old enough to vote.

Sender1 sounds like one of those people who will not be satisfied with any possible answer, even when that answer is "Nothing is wrong, the submitter is an idiot"

Another selection of shouts from Dragoneers page. There's something curious about this one though. See the link to an FA submission?

That goes to this:

A picture portraying Dragoneer as what the artist describes as "King Of The Server". Dragoneer commented on that picture within an hour of it being posted:

Judging from the shouts on his page, Dragoneer has lurched back into life, to a certain degree, after attending that recent furry convention. However, it keeps on happening:

By the way, did you realize it was recently FA's 10 anniversary? Dragoneer didn't dare mention it on the mainsite, he just let out a little toot on twitter:

Edit:

In the comments of someone's journal, Dragoneer states that he has answered 100s of TTs this week alone, which raises the question of why the rest of the admins are not answering them:

Quote
I've personally responded to several hundred tickets in the last week alone. Tickets are being done, yes. My goal is to eliminate the ticket queue entirely and bring the backlog down.

Also:

Quote
We have four moderator interviews this Friday to bring on active staff and train them in their given areas to help reduce the time it takes tickets to be answered. Ticket response times is one of my highest priorities right now.

I think Dragoneer means "I", when he says "we". Also, more people mentioning their experiences of how FA staff have just given up:

Quote from: Blysse
This is something that annoys me as well.
I asked for an abandon account about two years ago and still have not gotten a response.
Then after that I had a picture taken down for having too much text on it. XD
The account is still abandoned too. Like geez guys...

I submited a ticket some months ago
They never answered it, so i just closed it :x

I reported Wyldfire to @furaffinity 's trouble ticket system, but I have TTs from last year not looked at yet. Hope they do something soon.

Emphasis mine. He had plenty of time yesterday to favorite and comment on a commission he received and +fav a bunch of inflation art, though.

A journal from Feb. 14th:

Quote from: Frindle
This is both sad and mildly annoying.
I emailed advertising@Furaffinity (AKA Dragoneer) about putting up an ad, and was expecting a 2-3 business day wait for approval, as stated. Instead I end up waiting closer to 2 WEEKS, which is frustrating but I'm willing to let it slide. My ad gets approved and put up in a timely manner, but I found
MY AD LINKS TO A TYPO'D URL
So not only is this wasting my time and cutting into my potential traffic, but Neer is being completely unresponsive over Twitter and Email. Nice.
Last time I ever spend money on this website.
Edit: I finally got a response and they allegedly fixed the link, so good. Still leaving this journal up as an archive of my experience though.
Edit #2: I was refunded for my time, so it really wasn't too bad. I've advertised in the past on FA several times and never had this must trouble... So it's not a very common occurence.

From the comments on that journal:

Don't bother filing trouble tickets then. I filed one months ago and no response.

Two years to answer some trouble tickets (the 1st commenter also mentions having had to wait 2 years for TTs to be answered) :

At this difficult time Fur Affinity©2015 IMVU is continuing its policy of not responding to e-mails or trouble tickets:

I can't imagine that they'd nuke the support@furaffinity.net mailbox…

Code: [Select]
(0)the-quick-brown-fox$ dig +short -t mx furaffinity.net
1 aspmx.l.google.com.
30 mail.furaffinity.net.
5 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.
10 alt4.aspmx.l.google.com.
10 alt3.aspmx.l.google.com.
5 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.
[code]

Oh, hah, the old mail.furaffinity.net MX is still there alongside the Google Apps ones. That's just a little bit comical.
im glad the "I saw a furry IRL" thread is so good at bringing goons together
